Where should I start?! First of all i dont fault the young workers they were over worked and im sure underpaid. Anyhew,Late, late, LATE. My candleholder got broke and everyone ran like roaches 😡 No apology whatsoever. We pd for xtra time because of their tardiness and the lady had nerve to ask for a tip....really. Lastly, everytime I ask for the owner she gets memory loss. Now that I've moved, finding missing items.

This past Saturday the 21st, we received the most horrible service from Rambo movers. They were not organized. There was no plan in place. They purposely took their time. One person was using his cellphone while on customer time. The other was doing his best, but he didn't know how to wrap the furniture. They held the washer and dryer & threatened to not give the items until we pay an extra $150, because THEY took too long to do their job. They didn't know what they were doing and took longer than what was needed.
I used Rambo moving service in January. Although there equipment wasn’t in the best of condition. I decided to use its services again. Only to be treated less than a valued repeated customer in stead, on the day of moving I did not receive a call to let me know that they were running late. I had to call them to be told that they will get to me today@ 8-9 pm tonight this is unacceptable when it comes to business, your time, and money. I believe after working all day the moving crew is tired as I am.

WORST moving company ever. Do not OVERLOOK these reviews. Do not spend your money with these people. Especially if you black. You may want to because you thinking black owned and you’re going to black shop, but it’ll be worst decision you ever make. They say whatever they take down they will put up but they took my beds down and put the side rails back on wrong. My side rails look like a bow and arrow currently. They put my queen size mattress on my full size box spring.
The ppl were awesome and fast! The price was what I needed it to be and even though I'm posting this 3 weeks after my move and am now in the un-packing process, I am finding things that are broken. The cabinet door to an antique liquor cabinet, cat tower and even items inside totes are broken. I even tipped them an extra $20 a piece after because they seemed to do an excellent job. I had no idea that my stuff was just being shoved into my moving truck without much care.

They were on time, very reasonably priced, I called them last minute, and they were available to put me on their schedule as early as possible, which was the next day. They professionally shrink wrapped all the furniture. They were in and out very quickly and moved with efficiency. Very nice people, I will definitely use them again if I ever need any type of reliable transport.
