In their own words
They recently performed a move for us. For the most part, things went very smoothly and the individuals doing the work were courteous and helpful. However, a mistake was discovered at the end of the move, for which the movers bore at least some responsibility. When we asked the owner to help remedy, he was unwilling to do anything and was beyond unprofessional. We will not use this company any longer and cannot recommend them.
Hello John good morning. I was expecting a call from you but I never received. Was anything damaged? Discount was given ahead of moving you because you are a repeat customer. Move went flawless. Your wife was rushing my guys & did not make sure she got everything on the list.
What satisfied customers point to

Moving is stressful enough. But to have a team of professionals who truly care is invaluable. Where do I start… On Time, professional, efficient, respectful and fast. We had a rather large move that required furniture to be disassembled and reassembled. From the moment they showed up you felt like they were there to service you. They communicated throughout the move and if anything wasn’t as expected they ensured to bring it to my attention promptly.
We Really appreciate the love & glad you enjoyed your move! Thank you so much Enjoy your new home !
The best of the best! Kind, hardworking, organized, polished and good pricing. I am a Realtor and send all of my clients to these guys! I wouldn’t use anyone else. Just used them for my personal move and I couldn’t be happier!
I cannot underscore how amazing this moving company was for our cross country move. I received their contact information from our real estate agent, whose agents/brokers highly recommended Kenny and his team for long distance moving across states. Kenny was at my home within an hour of my request for a quote to assess the moving costs. His quote was fair and in line with what I expected for a cross country move. He was even able to transport one of our cars.
Thank you So much for Trusting Rapid Moves to get you moved & taken care of. We know how stressful moving can be , especially across country. We did it ! Thank you !
I highly recommend this company!! We needed our elderly mother moved out of her apartment to an independent living community immediately. Kenny answered my call right away on a Monday and got me on his schedule for Wednesday morning. That’s crazy fast! The team called first thing Wednesday morning to confirm addresses and arrived on time at 9 am, made their introductions and got right to work.
We appreciate you Jill thanks for choosing us
