Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. With 3 movers, the move should have easily taken around 4 hours — my apartment was completely packed, all that was left were heavy items. the year previous (moving in) a two man crew did this in the same amount of time. which is when i got suspicious. my new unit was 20 mins away, and i said to them "ok see you soon?" i sat in the parking lot nearby and watched them leave. they showed up another 25 mins after me. once we arrived.
I am sorry to hear that he was unhappy with his moving experience. While we respect every customer’s right to share feedback, we do want to clarify several factual points for transparency. At no point was this customer charged for moving supplies.

I recently hired a moving service for a cross-country move, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and courteous. They took great care in packing my belongings, ensuring everything was secure and organized. The movers were punctual and worked tirelessly, handling heavy furniture with ease. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and they made sure to address all my concerns promptly.
Great value for money. The movers were careful, fast, and very professional. Highly satisfied!
I could tell right away that Blake and the rest of the team were professionals. When I was moving my old parents, Blake treated them with so much respect and patience, which was remarkable. They went above and beyond to protect sentimental items, including old family photo albums and heirlooms. Everything was intact and in perfect condition. Without any questions asked, Blake assisted in arranging some pieces of furniture in the new place. It truly seemed as if they wanted to go the extra mile.
James and Orlando were amazing! They both communicated with me as to how long it'll take and where my belongings were going, instead of assuming. Both were very fast and stayed on track until the task was complete. Very friendly and courteous in-person and over-the-phone. I even called back with a concern (which was handled) and still they were very professional as well. I will be using them again for another move. Thanks James and his team!
