In their own words
I would not recommend this company. The drivers do not drive safe, they are so rude. I was forced into traffic by a box truck and although there was no damage to my vehicle the driver was unapologetic, also when i called the office they were very rude too.
Ma’am, the police were called out and they determined that this accident did not happen. There is no way a box truck hit your vehicle 3 times with zero damage. On the other hand, how can you recommend/not recommend if you have never used our services & are solely going off a traffic dispute?
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Jorge, Gabriel, Juan, Edgar and Roberto were so helpful and quick to get furniture in our corporate offices relocated to a new space. They were very professional, on time, and careful with the office furniture and seamless with the move itself. The occupants of the new office space are very happy with their set up and it could only be thanks to the very hard work done by this team! We very much appreciate this service for VCU Health. -Courtesy of Sara on the Real Estate Team
Thank you so much, Sara! We truly appreciate your kind words and the opportunity to support VCU Health.
I have had the pleasure of working with RCS three other times with different employers and always had excellent experiences as well, your company is the BEST! Our recent move on December 10, 2021, was excellent in every aspect. The initial walk through, the delivery of crates and the actual move. Thomas and his team were always kind, detail oriented and the communication was the best I’ve ever seen. I know what company I will use for a business move but also for my own personal move!
I worked with a RCS crew, led by Corveyle Jones, for 6 straight weeks on a multifaceted project for Virginia Peninsula Community College. During that time, we cleared a building and moved the contents to 4 locations. The Executive Staff was one of those moves. They were moved and setup in 2 days and they were able to quickly unpack. When those moves were finished, we moved and set up 56 faculty offices and workspaces from surplus. Along with the classroom furnishings for the newly updated Templin Hall.
Thank you for your review, Lynn! We are proud to serve VPCC!
Alec, I wanted to take a few minutes and recognize the move team lead by Kenmar and Gerrod. The first time they came to Ackley to move the first small load to Parham Place, I knew they were the team I needed for the balance of the “big” move. The three of us walked Ackley, I kept getting “no problem, we will handle it”, and I had total confidence that “it would be handled”. The crew kept moving, never stopped, the entire team worked like a machine, each doing their part.
