Unprofessional movers, don’t hire them, had the worst experience with the company supervisor Sheg and his movers. Booked them a month ago and than Sheg had the nerve to tell me that I booked them last minute. The movers were so slow with moving our things, they took their sweet time and even broke some of our stuff. Didn’t care about any reimbursement but was ready to charge a lot of money. Sheg is a sweet talker but don’t trust him, deceiving dude.
Jag promised me WORK with this company. He asked me to come to Bridgeport Station at 9:00 a.m. He told me to wait ✋️ until LATER because he wanted me to start LATER; he had me waiting 3 HOURS and STILL no response. I'm TIRED of my TIME being WASTED like this. I'm NOT impressed how this company operates. Don't use them; nothing but DISAPPOINTMENT with them.

Extremely disappointed with the way things were handled by the management. Movers were supposed to arrive at 12pm, but instead we had to wait 6hours (and 2 minutes to be exact) for the movers to show up at 6:02pm, and we ended up spending $110 on a baby sitter for our 5 year old. Of course I complained about it and asked for a discount. The guy on phone said we were actually lucky that they did not cancel on us, but then he said he’d not charge tax($54) and later gave us extra $25 discount.
They moved me in April on short notice to their credit as other company backed out on day before scheduled move Biggest complaint is they scuffed my leather couch badly and said it was already like that- this is a lie Secondly I had stairs and one of the movers worked at a snail's pace. The other worker was great. Do not recall lead mover or supervisor name, only that he was unkind and accused me of being racist.

Kudos, Where do I start! This company and crew were not only great but exceeded my expectations in every way. Being a single senior who hadn’t moved for over 28 years and caught in the covid 19 quagmire, the thoughts of moving were overwhelming not to mention the fact that I am a collector boarding on being a hoarder (some people say.) With much apprehension I started to call around and ask a few friends for recommendations and checking some of the ads on Craig’s list.

Sheg and his team helped us with a very stressful last minute move when our landlord decided to up the rent hundreds of dollars with less than a months notice. We were completely unprepared to move an entire home to a new place and were just too stressed to even think about renting a uhaul and doing it all ourselves between work and our different shifts.
