In their own words
I chose Real Pro Movers because they seemed that they would be competent enough for a larger move from the mainland to Vancouver Island. I first had some concern from the beginning when the movers did not even have my address correct and had difficulty finding the address even though its a very straight forward well established address.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. See update below. Rhyn will not return my phone calls, text messages or emails. It's been a year since we used Real Pro Movers and I'm getting zero response about a broken lamp. The replacement cost is $1495 USD. I've texted 5 times, called 15 times and sent 4 emails. My calls now go directly to voicemail which makes me think Rhyn has blocked my number. UPDATE: I tried Rhyn's number from my husband's phone and he answered. Then he hung up on me after I started talking.
Left my family of 5 waiting in the backyard for their 1030 pick up time and didn't show up after multiple confirmations. I called their office and spoke to Chris AI and it was a waste of time and energy. Beware!
EXTREME MORON ALERT! To book with us you need to receive a quote in writing and place a $500 deposit to lock in truck and team. At some point somewhere you made assumptions and never received any email confirmations. Everything runs by the main email and gets approved. Case closed! - ON YOUR BIKE!!!
if there was a negative number i would use it. I setup an appointment to have my move done, and get confirmation that we are all set and ready. I make arrangements to be at our old house and make sure that all is ready and easily accessible so as to make this a seamless move for the guys. I got an email message that the appointment was canceled ( no explanation and no attempt to reschedule ). DO NOT USE THESE FLAKES, go to another RELIABLE company that will not leave you hanging.
I engaged real pro movers for moving my stuff from 2 br apartment ,storing it for app 30 days & then bringing it back to my new place.Ryne agreed to do the entire job for $1000 and the movers came at appointed time. After loading the stuff on the truck Ryne call & says that he did not include the storage charges & curtly told me that he is going to keep the stuff back into my apartment.Since i had to vacate the premises i had to arrange for storage space & still had to pay more than 1000$ to Ryne for one way move…
You demanded a full moving job, plus two full months of storage, plus a second delivery to your new home, all for barely $1,000. That amount doesn’t even cover the basics: trucking costs, fuel, commercial insurance, three employees, protective materials, and the advertising that brought you to us…
I don't know what good stuff the owner is on with his response to my review, but everything he's saying below are lies. I was a client and they did a terrible job. Never even heard of any of the names he mentioned. Must have me confused with someone else.

In their own words
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars! I can’t say enough great things about Real Pro Movers! From my very first interaction, their communication was excellent. They kept me informed before moving day, arrived right on time, and immediately got to work. The two movers were friendly, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They had the difficult task of moving large commercial printing machines and a very heavy heat press, yet they handled everything with a positive attitude and never complained.
Ryne helped me out before with a referral for businesses purposes as they were booked. My movers fell through and I called Ryne, they made a referral and had movers come with little notice to get the move done. Because Ryne was so helpful and professional I hired them for a private apartment move. Ryne responded and provided a quote within hours. Ryne then showed up on time and did the move as quoted and within budget.
We certainly love to assist in these last minute circumstances. Our aim is to minimize the overall stress related to your moving experience and provide a positive outcome. Thank you for your endorsement. Sincerely, Ryne M Ops Manager Realpromovers.com [email removed] [phone removed]
I booked these folks the week of my move (March 15) and put down my $150 deposit. Since I was out in Surrey, they said they could start at 10 AM but I asked if they could come earlier I was hoping for 9AM. They said they’d try to accommodate but to keep in mind the traffic can affect arrival. They did arrive earlier than 10 which I appreciated, Cam and Eric gave me a call to let me know they were close. Overall these two were great!
I really wanted to take the time to write a review for Real Pro Movers. These guys aren’t just offering a moving service they’re truly solving problems. I was facing an urgent renovation in my building, and with a young family, I needed to move out as soon as possible. I was very fortunate to find Ryne from Real Pro Movers. He was professional and reliable from the start. We had a video call and did a quick walk-through of my apartment.
Mario, we are blessed to have you as a client and local neighbour! This detailed and glowing review truly helps stand out from other local moving companies. May the best fortune come to you in your new home. Sincerely, - Ryne / Real Pro Movers Team Getrealpromovers.com [phone removed]
