The rating breakdown
Google shows 16 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 4 of those are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 11 | 68.8% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 6.3% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 4 | 25.0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Great company to work with! Good communication and hard working employees. Very happy with their work on getting us moved.
Thank you so much Claire, it was a pleasure serving your famly to the Black Hills. Good luck and have a blessed summer.!
North Western Warehouse moved me from Rapid City to New Hampshire last August. It was a complicated move involving a lot of stuff including a car. The NWW staff were helpful every step of the way, and everything arrived in good condition right on time. Highly recommended.
Thank you !
Jerred and his team are customer oriented like it should be. Attention to detail and the customers needs are a priority. If you are in need of a professional moving, storage, or shredding service they are your go to team. You will not get better service anywhere.
Thank you Mr. Cox for your kind words.
I've used this company for moving 3 times in the past 2 years. Excellent Service. Everyone from the quote to the delivery and after were very kind and professional.
Thank you Jason Labrie for your kind word and business !
