In their own words
I don’t know where these positive reviews are from. Here’s my experience- we moved back to the area. Because of my medical condition, I needed help moving my belongings off the truck. I tried booking with this business and they were VERY wishy-washy- texted me with no introduction- I had no idea who they were. They went under several company names. I got several quotes and they changed constantly. I asked for a written contract and that’s when they got upset with me! How dare I ask for a written contract!
My experience with the movers themselves was very positive - they were on time, professional, and moved our belongings with care. My negative experience is with the administrative/billing process. I hired Relentless Moving to move our belongings from our basement up to the main level of our home. The price quote I received, reiterated in the contact I signed, was for an hourly rate, a minimum number of hours, a surcharge for stairs, and a $50 booking fee.
Relentless Rip off. Outrageous prices after you hire them to unload a uhaul. $1600 for 3 hours! $400 trip charge for 2 guys just showing up. $100 an hour but every piece of furniture is an add on. I had them stop after 3 hours and when I refused to pay they stood in my apt refusing to leave bully me, until I gave them the $200 cash I had and zelled thm $659. I plan on filing a civil suit. They should not be allowed to bully people into paying them outrageous prices for 3 hours of work.
This place is a scam! Whatever you do, don’t hire them. They gave a very reasonable quote and THE NIGHT BEFORE THE MOVE to another state, they called and said they needed $2000 more due to an error on their part. Refused to honor their contract and sent threatening texts. I’m sure this place is a scam and the positive reviews are not legit. Beware!!
Called twice to look into their services, and was immediately hung up on both times. I was finally able to talk with someone the third time I called and gave the rep the information needed for a quote. I was told to expect a text/call back within 10 minutes; they never followed up.
Relentless was hired to move and transport household furniture. Contract was signed for a specific price. 930 pm the night before moving, they called and stated that price would be $2000 MORE! Unprofessional, dishonest. Be very careful before hiring them!
I don’t know if all of these glowing reviews are confused or fake, but this company is only worth one star because of the people actually doing the moving. They give you a five page super vague contact, nickel and dime you and then tell you …
We had a contract with them for our move out of state. The night before the move they called and said the quote on the contract was too low and they needed over $2500 more to come the next day. Pointed out that we had a contract but they …

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Great honest and very professional team. Very cohesive very well put together. For the first time ever, I felt like I got what I paid for. As they say; worth every dollar. Ask for Antonio and his team. The office staff was beyond helpful, prompt and communication was impeccable!
Relentless Moving Logistics and I was highly impressed with their quality and fast service. They were incredibly professional and kind. I will definitely be using them the next time I move and would recommend them to anyone
From the start relentless did an awesome job of ensuring me everything I needed would get done. Antonio and Dalton were awesome, personable and very like able! Helped me out immensely! And jasmynne was amazing! Every step of the way she was helpful and amicable. If you need anything moved, these are the folks to go to. I can’t recommend them enough!
This is the second time we have used Relentless to help us move. The first time was across town and the second time was across states. Relentless is highly professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. Wonderful team to work with! Highly recommend and would definitely hire them again!
