In their own words
The management of thi scompany is the worst. They will not accept responsibility for any damages whatsoever, and will ghost you if anything goes wrong. They are also very immature - check out some of their responses to other people's negative reviews. Strongly recommend avoiding.
Jim, we don’t know who you are. We haven’t had any damage claims this year or any unresolved issues with any customers. This is Reliable Movers Allentown in case you are confused with other similar names moving companies around the country. Please take down this false review
This was the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Their movers made a huge gash in our wall, spoke to Raul the owner of the business, not only did he want to charge us more than what was quoted but he laughed at the fact his men …
This is a classic case of a set-up where the customer requested a heavy safe be brought up a tight stairwell and did not even prepare for the movers by removing the pallet that was bolted to the bottom.
If I could rate Rahul alone, I’d give him 5 stars! Rahul and Tom did a great job helping in my move a few months ago. I found that I was missing an item after the move so I reached out for further assistance. Paula, Rahuls assistant was …
Thank you for the 5 star rating for myself and I apologize for the miscommunication as far as the missing item. Everything was clear from the apartment after we left, so this is a mystery that certainly doesn’t warrant a 1 star review since we did pack everything beautifully in the small storage…
This is my own account of our experience with Reliable Movers and their handling of my wife’s review. It’s my understanding of Google’s policy that I’m also allowed my own review. We hired them only to move a safe up a stairwell, during which they caused a long gouge to the wall. One of the movers offered to “throw some spackle on it if you have some”, but that wouldn’t have solved the problem of finding and applying matching paint to cover the spackle, as we were moving and had to be out in 2 days.
Too long did not read this essay over the scratched wall. I hope you get the help you need. We will continue to carefully move safes and do a great job for all our customers as evidenced by the other 5 star reviews.
Worst ever. Owner’s husband shows up in brand new white sneakers trying not to get dirty during a move. They knew exactly where to put everything. I was still back at the old house. They threw boxes breaking very expensive 30 year-old …
This is a defamatory review posted over a year after we did your move. We moved you once before and you were very happy hence why you called us back. You decide not to show up on your unload, after hastily and sloppily packing boxes as we were moving we didn’t see you again and put the items in…
Damaged 3 pieces of furniture with little coverage of cost to repair. Very accusing about damage and in fact said damage was done by owner.
Hello L.A.S., Who are you? Are you sure we did your move? If you have some kind of damage or issues you didn't bring them to our attention or call the office at all. You "hide" with your user profile so we can only assume you are a fake review.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Overall, I had a positive experience and would absolutely recommend this company. The crew arrived on time, communicated well throughout the process, and worked incredibly hard. They had to deal with a broken elevator in my apartment building, which meant carrying everything up and down three flights of stairs, and they handled it with a great attitude and impressive efficiency. They also navigated moving a very heavy, expensive piece of furniture without issue, which I really appreciated.
Thank you for the review and feedback. We do our best to provide the best service we can to customers. We are here to help next time you need anything.
Reliable Movers is an amazing local company delivering exactly what their name promises: reliability and expertise in moving services. I had a move scheduled with a different moving company that quit the day of my move because they were both unprepared and seemingly unqualified to get the job done (I will just say that they did not live up to their company name; they did not seem like they were enrolled in university, they did not possess certain physical qualities as advertised, and they seemed like they had…
Thank you for the kind words, Elena. We are happy to help! I'm glad we were able to get you moved to NE Philly and into your new place! If you need anything we are always here to help.
I had a wonderful experience with Reliable Movers LLC. I needed to have an upright piano moved from West Chester to Allentown, and Rahul was able to make it happen the very next morning, within 24 hours of reaching out. He was professional, extremely careful, and attentive throughout the entire move. He handled the piano with a lot of care and clearly took the time to make sure everything was done properly.
Reliable movers, LLC came highly recommended to me by my real estate agent. Let me tell you what an amazingly perfect experience this was from start to finish. Two house closings and a holiday made for a tricky schedule and this company could not have been more accommodating. Paula. Rahul and their crew are five stars all the way. Fast, efficient, professional, funny, honest and just an all-around great group of people. I am so grateful to reliable movers for such an enjoyable experience!
Thank you Candace. The crew loved you and loved how funny you are. I’m glad you had a great experience with us! We strive to make our customers (and dogs) happy. If you ever need anything you know who to call! Happy Holidays.
