In their own words
I hired them for my move and I was extremely grateful for their service. The best move in the entire valley! They were very friendly and helpful, extremely careful with the furniture, incredibly fast, and very professional!
“Luis, Andrew, and Ruben were outstanding from start to finish. They were prompt, professional, respectful, and worked extremely hard the entire time. They made everyone feel comfortable and safe throughout the move, handled our belongings …
I used Rising Pheonix for my move from the valley to North Houston and I was extremely impressed with how simple and smooth the process was. First of all the price was great for a 6 and a half hour move. I had heard some horror stories about being hit with surprise fees with other companies, but they gave me a fair and transparent estimate and even honored that price after I had to ask them to take some additional items at the last minute.
I used Rising Phoenix movers to move from McAllen to Houston. The movers were great, but a little rough on my grandsons dresser. When we began unpacking to put his things away the dresser was broke. My daughter mentioned this to the main guy, but in a sense told her it was particle board and these things happen. This dresser was only a year old and was beyond repairable. They used the dolly to take it up the stairs and with the bouncing it broke all of the drawers . We are out @150 bucks to replace this dresser.
