The rating breakdown
4 of the 44 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Roberts Storage LLC are one or two star.
Worked out from 44 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Battle Creek
About the same as the middle of the 11 listings in Battle Creek we can publish a rate for.

In their own words
My boyfriend had rented out a storage space for a couple months. The entire time management would not respond to our calls, and would not notify us of any incoming fees or changes with any and all payments. We moved everything out and there was a dead mouse on our couch. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT DEAD MICE IN YOUR STORAGE!!
Expensive and had 3 dead mice in my couch after 2 months infested with bugs I called the office 6 times before they answered I would not go back to them for service.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.
- Professional and courteous3 · 23%
Counted across the 13 four and five star reviews we have read for Roberts Storage LLC. A review can mention more than one thing.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff, got me in and out with everything I needed. Great variety of available units.
I have rented a spot for my camper for about 6 years. I just rented a 10 X 15 personal storage room. I would rent from Roberts Storage again if I had to make a choice. I am not related to them, but I share the name.
Moved over here from Red Dot and their prices are way cheaper and it seems much more safe. Also it seems the units are bigger, so if you're looking for a nice storage unit this would be the place to go.
Ease of renting a unit...no contracts just month to month rentals...very very nice people In office thomas and the wonderfull lady in office!!!
