I strongly advise choosing another moving company based on my experience. We hired Robson for a residential move on February 23, 2026. The job was quoted as a 4-person crew taking approximately 8 to 9 hours. It ultimately took 11 hours, with no clear explanation for the additional time. During the move, the crew caused damage to our property, including a broken front porch lantern and damage to newly refinished hardwood floors on the second level.
We take customer concerns seriously and regret that A.J. feels dissatisfied with his experience. The timeframe discussed at booking was an estimate based on the information provided prior to move day.
Used their services to move a 1.5 bedroom 15 minutes from and to location. It took them 4.5 hours to load with three men. They wrapped every single thing in sight including the garden furmiture and the barbecue. They took a break every 1.5 hours and charged us 2000 dollars for the move when it was all said and done. Please avoid this company and caution others if they are using Robson's Moving for their services.

I recently hired Robson to move me from Brantford to Paris. They arrived on time and got to work right away. Very pleasant, friendly and professional! The took great care in making sure all of our belongings were protected from damage and were mindful of the walls and door frames to not damage the house(s). They have supplies on hand, and can rent you boxes for wardrobe/clothing and paintings too.

Robson Cartage handled a big move of 5 fireproof files from London to Peterborough with ease. Fair pricing. Problem solved a challenge of access to the basement and got the job done.
We have moved many places over the years with moving companies and we have finally found one with soul. We decided to move closer to family in Windsor from London Ontario and researched the moving companies (large and small )in both cities. Moving to a smaller apartment in Windsor would be a more difficult move. We wanted and found professionalism in Robson Cartage .
