They were good until they lied about the pricing cost of everything on the phone. I was going to recommend them but can’t anymore. So because I wrote this review he believes I dont deserve to be compensated for my things they damaged. My fridge was barricaded in which I could not get to at 7 months pregnant and was not even notified that my fridge was not plugged back in .

My daughter recently moved from one apartment to another in Rochester and ROC City Movers did an outstanding job getting her from point A to point B. During the very efficient four hour process, there was one large piece of furniture that ultimately did not fit in the new apartment and despite valiant efforts Ray and Stephen agreed to take the piece back to the original apartment at my daughter’s request.
Had a great experience working with ROC city movers for moving larger/heavy items out of a 3 bedroom house into another two houses in the Rochester area. I've never worked with professional movers before, so I had no idea what to expect, but I was super impressed with everything they were able to do! The guys were timely and professional. Also really appreciate the fair and transparent pricing noted on their website. I would definitely call them again for my next move!
