Broke my iPad on the move and said they can’t do anything about it. No refund no repair help. This company should be out of business
If I could give them a zero I would definitely do so! I hired Rocket movers to move my home to another location and they sent two unfit and unprofessional people who argued from the moment they arrived at my house and were in hurry to get to their second job. They refused to use their blankets and protective materials and they dropped my dresser and other items several times. One of them made derogatory and racial remarks and treated me rudely, thinking I was a Latina.
Edit: I was forced to have the most unpleasant interaction with the owner John over a payment/chargeback issue. My bank confirmed I wasn't even charged the first time nor did I issue a charge back, yet was only met with confrontation about the situation. That being said, the movers were good enough I guess. You are kind of intimidated into making a review then and there so I feel the scores are somewhat padded. If all you need is someone to pick stuff up and put it down, then these people might work.
Bad experience with this mover. The crew was late and worked very slow. They seemed to be very inexperienced. They lost all of our sofa remotes, broke an 80 inch TV, and lost other furniture hardware. They failed to complete the move in one day and we contacted New Braunfels Moving. There guys were fantastic and completed our move quickly and professionally. Rocket Movers did contact me and credited us one hour of labor, explained they are having labor issues. Very disappointing experience.

Rocket Movers moved me last weekend and they were great! Jon was very helpful and gave me all the details about the pricing when I scheduled the move and he called me to confirm the time the day before they arrived. The movers showed up exactly on time and took exactly the amount of time they said they would. I had forgotten to include a couple of items on the list I gave Jon, but they moved them anyway with no problem. The guys who moved our furniture were extremely efficient, professional and friendly.
My family was moving from Mt Pleasant Tx to Liberty Hill. (300 miles) I had called several moving companies for estimates and was never happy with the service or the price. Then I came across Rocket Movers and Jon was very responsive and supportive. Our movers Tracy, Brody, and Wyatt were very nice and very efficient. It took them less than 4 hours to load and unload. They were freindly and careful with our stuff. If we ever need to move again and are able to use Rocket Movers we definitely will!! Great job!!
My roommate and I were moving from a third-floor apartment to a first floor and we wanted to avoid moving all the big heavy stuff three floors again. Brian and Tanner did an absolutely great job! They were completely prepared with all the moving tools they needed too. As a single woman and the only person home at the time, I was immediately comfortable with them in my home.
Hands down the absolute best moving experience ever! Jaelin and Tony did an outstanding job. They were fast and efficient. All of my furniture arrived at the final destination safe and without a scratch. Everything was placed and set up to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any future moves.
