I don’t usually write reviews, but I must tell this story so others don’t make my mistake. Do not use this company. and if you do, I can’t urge enough to at least demand they pay BY THE JOB, not by THE HOUR. You will have 4 teenagers barely out of high school over at your house, breaking things, wasting time, wrapping pillows and cushions in plastic wrap, and spending hours trying to pack a 26ft truck that they don’t know how to drive or operate. This was our experience.
I was very disappointed with our experience. On multiple separate occasions, one of the movers stopped working to talk on the phone, including FaceTiming his wife and child. When I expressed my concern, he responded, “Don’t worry, it’s fine,” and told me that since other people take smoke breaks, he could take phone-call breaks. The difference is that I was paying for their service by the hour. The move took much longer than expected, and we ultimately decided not to have them assemble our beds.
They disassembled my daughters crib and the desk in our office and the movers lost the hardware to reassemble both... no call back after 2 weeks now... so I have a desk and a crib still unable to put together. They take zero responsibility and I would highly reccomend anyone to look elsewhere for movers
I never write reviews, but after my daughter hired them I had to. Move by the job NOT by the hour. They moved slowly - one piece at a time. Fees for this, fees for that. Ended up costing her double then was expected to move a small condo. And they broke the blinds at the rental she is moving out of. WARNING: DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

Excellent customer service experience from start to finish. Rocklin Movers picked up and delivered precious family heirloom antiques to me. One was very heavy. No problem at all. The scheduling agent was courteous and accommodating with our schedule. The movers were on time and very careful with my items. I will not hesitate to use this moving company in the future. These movers were so friendly, so professional and so helpful. I would highly recommend them. They took great care with all off are furniture and belongings and were careful to put items in the correct rooms at our new house. Everything was carefully wrapped before moved. They all had wonderful attitudes.
