Terrible customer service when calling in to get a quote. The older gentleman was rude and was yelling at me over the phone. There’s no way on Gods green earth I would ever give my business to this company. Imagine how they would treat you if they broke something during your loading or unloading. You’ve been warned!
I delivered a load here. The people who were working here had no idea of what they were doing. Got unloaded and someone had my BOL but I was just waiting for someone to sign it but everyone was ignoring me. I had to keep asking for it. They seemed to ignore me on purpose. Too bad. Wasted my 3 hrs of time but they didn’t care. Oh boy! Poor truck driver😂
The delivery service was really bad. The contract was to unpack and set up the table, remove the trash. However they dropped it off in the driveway. Delivery person said he knock on the door. You would think a door bell which is normally used. Delivery was rund when question about the delivery. Very poor service.
Terrible service, before they start to do some work give us one price after they finished gave us double price and won't give our stuff back until we pay that price, take advantage that nobody else in this area and charge you double but only after they done. Scammers. Never will be back
Absolutely the worst. I am never using Wayfair again and I would not recommend Rocky Ford. They’re customer service is Rocky and unreliable and they have the reputation of an old Ford. To bad there isn’t 0 star option,

Love using a local family owned and operated business! Very professional. The guy that did my survey showed up on time and was so nice. Everything about my move went so smooth and it was very stressful before i let them take over from packing to unpacking they did an amazing job!!! If i ever have to move again I will call them they were excellent!!
Very polite waited a little to get unloaded have to go to another yard they say but they worked quickly to get me unloaded
Family owned and operated little mom and pop. I had a great experience with Rocky Ford Moving and will definitely be using them again! There's something so rewarding about working with real people and supporting a local family! Use them if you're moving any time soon and tell your friends!
