In their own words
Not too much good to say about this place, I've seen them slap a tow sticker on an older gentlemans vehicle who was parked in the handicap spot, with a handicap placard, saying that they are going to tow his car for being parked in the handicap spot... On top of that, the towing of the vehicles in the street gets a little at hand, a few months ago one of the tow truck drivers approached me and my friend in a threatening way, meanwhile we were just minding our own business moving the car.

They dont even deserve 1 star but its the only way to give a review. The worst experience I have ever had. We lived there for almost 2 years. We told them multiple times we wanted to do a month to month lease. When it came time to move they said that since month to month wasn't in their computer system we would be breaking our lease. When we put in a complaint about it the manager said he would fix it and said there would be no problems with us moving.
Don't LIVE here because 1.The pool is dirty 2.There are cats 3.The cats go in your vents 4.Your bikes get stolen and 5.Kids go on your property. And that is why you should not live here.

We lived here for 2 years, paid rent on time every month and never caused any trouble. They decided to stop renting to me and put myself, wife and 4 small children out on the street during the pandemic, knowing how how rent prices were starting to skyrocket. It's clear this company and the so called manager that is staffed there does not care about the people living there. There were other people living in the surrounding trailers that said the same thing was happening to them, unethical things as well.

Dont live here. It seems great at first, but this place is seriously horrible. My sister and I have rented from here for 3 years, and I hate it. First of all people come up on your property and steal stuff, or try to break into your car, or go through your belongings outside, all the time-which apparently isn't managements problem. Someone has even come into our home before (when we first moved in) and the management doesnt do anything, you'll be lucky to even get a call back. By the way, management is a JOKE.

The cliche yes, all the jokes so very true when you speak of a mobile home park. Rosewood Estates in particular is the exact example of that. 4 years ago was quite nice, great stuff, I was painted the perfect future picture of being a homeowner . I was very excited that my on Time Rental lease payments would go towards my credibility after 6 months, to go ahead and buy the mobile home that I was Leasing. Not a bad deal for becoming first time homeowner.
I've lived here for over 5 years and have slowly watched this park decline greatly. It was very much a community when I first moved in, staff clearly cared about the park and for it's residence. There were several community events so neighbors knew each other and every Saturday they got the children of the park together for a group park clean up with little rewards for their participating. Now....no events at all, no children gatherings, the pool is rarely open.

Me and my husband bought a house on January 5, 2024 We officially moved in January 9, 2024 were in contact with a woman named Vicky throughout the process trying to get everything we needed from the lender to her to get the lease transferred over into our name. Vicky became really hard to reach. We kept calling the office and we were unable to reach anybody who could help us figure out what we needed to turn in. After several attempts to the office, calls, & emails.

In their own words
All the employees at that company are very efficient and capable. The manager is very friendly.
It's a nice quiet community to live in. Haven't experienced any problems. Maintenance ia kept up and management takes care of your issues promptly
Ok. I'm not gonna say it's perfect "right now" got a couple questions to clear up, but they always get cleared up and I've been here 4 years. I actually enjoy living here. I've got good neighbors. I'm within a 5 mile shopping /eating frenzy just about anything I could want. I've had a sewer backup, I turned off my water, called the office and they had someone out here the same night. And since the bug guy comes no bugs especially ants in my home. I've always been treated with kindness and respect.
The manager Aracely is wonderful very sweet and very helpful. Melinda was awesome and walked us through everything we needed to do to buy our home. The lady Vickie at the front desk is super sweet. The maintenance guy Andy is very friendly and really nice. Everything that needed to be fixed in our home from the first walk through to the finale walk through he took care of it. We love our home and the community very convenient for our children as well as they are right next door to their school.
Autumn, Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear you had a great experience at Rosewood Estates. We value your input and encourage you to let us know about your future experiences with us.
