I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY from this company! They had great service until the moving day actually came and they broke my desk, left numerous scratches on my dryer, and broke a storage bin of mine. Prior to hiring them I asked them numerous times if they had insurance to take care of anything that was broken or damaged. They said yes. I expressed to them numerous times my bedroom furniture was fairly new and that some of the pieces were heavy to please take good care of it.
PLEASE DO NOT use this company. They are unethical and very unprofessional. Save your money! Only giving one star because I have to. Using this moving company was the worst decision I ever made. They had a Craigslist ad for an hourly rate of $37.50. I was quoted $125 for total cost of two men and two hours plus travel and gas. I was OK with that. I then asked if they could help set up a few things like my bed and some tables and they said yes, they would just charge hourly.

This is an untrustworthy company. They have no concern for others private property. They damaged my trailer and refuse to fix it. Imagine that with all your personal belongings that you I trust to them to pack and move. When I contacted the company to report my issue Alex agreed to meet me and look at the damage and review the incident. I told him I would take off from work to accommodate his schedule. He never even showed up.
It is sad that you are trying to effect our ranking based on an experience that is based on events that do not reflect a customer experience. As mentioned on the review above. Sorry you feel that way about us without using or experiencing our services.
Broke my $500 brand new bed, then the owner refused to replace it and offered me $20 off the total. What a joke. I refused and asked them to fix it. I had some wood laying around and they ended up drilling that on the frame to keep it together. I asked for some money off the moving costs but the owner refused. I recommend a different company with insurance because if these guys break your stuff they don’t care.
This company moved me a couple weeks ago. I noticed a couple of nicks on the furniture but wasn’t that upset .. until I found a huge scratch/gouge on the wood arm of my futon. I am upset that they failed to mention it to me but also I have called the office multiple times asking to speak with a manager and have never received any call back from anyone. This is unprofessional!!

Alex and Omar were amazing. Great communication, great pricing and service. This was a referral And I couldn't be happier with the service and fully intend to use their services again in the future, so much so, I've already referred them to friends who will be have home moves upcoming. When you find a mechanic or small business that does it right, you hold onto that number and these guys fit that description.

Hello, Chris and Andrew delivered three pieces of furniture yesterday which we purchased, and, I'm very happy to report that they did a fantastic job. When I asked them about who had wrapped the two leather chairs they indicated that they had. Not only had they wrapped them using blankets, they also used a saran-like type of wrap which covered the exterior of the blanketed chairs. Another moving company moved for us, earlier in the week, a long oaks style desk, plus a very significantly heavy buffet.
