Very unprofessional rude as hell canceled at the last minute, overly priced. At the last minute canceled and said the move was not guaranteed after we received a text and an email confirming that the move was supposed to be set for tomorrow.but they called today to canceled, and tried to charge my daughter $1500 for the move, to move eight items less than 200 pounds.
Hi Rhonda, We sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this situation may have caused. However, we would like to respectfully clarify a few important points. First, the move was never rendered, and at no point were any charges applied or collected.
This company subcontracted my order to a very slow crew. Took four people 10 hours to move a two bedroom apartment within two miles. Arrived at 9:30am and finished at 8:30pm. Very stressful. Update after their response: You unloaded to the second floor, not the fourth. It took the crew six and a half hours to move out of the apartment with a large freight elevator and while I had packed all plates, glasses, and clothes.
Michail, We sincerely apologize for your experience! We realize that moving is a stressful process and did our best to ensure it would go smoothly for you. Unfortunately, long walking distances and unloading to the 4th floor partially by stairs can impede even the most efficient crew.
One of the worst moving experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll start with the worst part first, their field team came after hours and when we decided we don’t want to tip them cause of the inconvenience, we felt forced by them to still tip. It was late in the evening and we didn’t feel safe, so we decided to tip just to get them out of our house. Earlier in the day, we had planned for a 2-5pm move. They initially rescheduled the move to the next day, then again rescheduled it and showed up at 5pm.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend this moving company. The crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and treated my belongings with care throughout the entire move. They were organized, professional, and made what could have been a stressful day much easier. I especially appreciated how hardworking and respectful the team was. They communicated clearly, handled a few heavy items without any issues, and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it at the new location. Overall, a smooth and positive experience.

This is the second time I’ve used this company, and once again they exceeded my expectations\. From the initial communication through the completion of the move, the entire process was smooth, organized, and professional\. The crew was courteous, friendly, and took exceptional care of my belongings\. They carefully wrapped all of my furniture before loading it onto the truck and handled everything with care during both the move out and move in\. It was obvious they take pride in their work\.

We were replacing the floors in our house so we had to move everything that was in our bureaus, bookcases, China cabinet, closets, etc. We are both senior citizens and I just had back surgery. We worked for a week with packing boxes and tape. We made little progress. So, I called Royal Moving. Dau and Baha came to our house and were wonderful. They worked like a team to bubble wrap and shrink wrap everything. They moved every box into the POD we rented.
