In their own words
I will not recommend this company. They arrived two hours late and then attempted to request more money for travel time.
Worst experience ever. The moving guys took forever to get to the destination of the moving, they were clearly just driving around because we as customers pay by the hour. Beware and never get this moving service.
Hi Isaac, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience — this is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’ve been trying to reach Paloma for some time now but unfortunately haven’t received a response.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Nick and Alex are absolutely amazing to work with. They are punctual, efficient, and handled everything with so much care. Moving is usually stressful, but he made the whole process smooth and seamless. Nick was incredibly professional, organized, and clearly experienced — everything was wrapped securely and transported without any issues. On top of that, they had such a positive attitude the entire time. I truly appreciated his reliability and work ethic.
Thank you so much for your detailed and wonderful feedback! Your kind words and recommendation mean the world to us, and we truly appreciate you choosing Royal Moving Company!
I had such a great experience with this moving team. The two movers (Nick &Alex) were incredibly patient, professional, and careful with all of my belongings. My move ended up being more complicated than expected because I had to do a storage transfer, but they stayed calm, flexible, and extremely collaborative throughout the entire process. They never rushed me, communicated clearly, and handled everything with care. Moving is usually stressful, but they really made it smooth and manageable.
Thank you so much for your amazing feedback! Your kind words mean a lot, and we truly appreciate your recommendation and for choosing Royal Moving Company!
This I was my second time using Royal Movers. Both times they were on time, efficient, and had all tools to do the job right. Great price for the the service.
Thank you for your continued trust, we truly appreciate your support and are glad you had another great experience.
Emir and his team did a great job! For our move there’s an extra challenge: We have an upright piano with lots of stairs in the yard, but they managed to do an excellent job on moving everything, including this heavy piano! They are very effective and professional throughout the process, moving everything with care, hardworking and communicating. We really appreciate their great work! Highly recommend!
Thank you so much for your fantastic review! Your recommendation means a great deal to us, and we truly appreciate your kind words. We look forward to helping you again whenever you need us!
