Update 8/10/26. We just got our stuff out of storage, two years later, from these people and their quality of service is just as horrendous as it was two years ago. The movers that dropped our stuff off were extremely careless. We had freshly painted walls that were incredible damaged. In addition, they dropped a stone coffee table on our freshly sanded/ glossed floors. They did not take their time in any capacity or care about protecting home or contents when moving.

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** They will over promise and under deliver. They will take your money to do the job when they are severely understaffed and communication will be horrendous. Our family has moved about ten times and this is the worst company we have ever had. 1. Packing- the packers worked incredibly slowly (they are paid by the hour). Only one packer spoke a small amount of English so communication was very difficult.
Bob Hebb said that I could trust his men to move me . Well no that is not the case . On January 2, 2024 he sent 3 guys to move me from East Hartford to Manchester CT . As they was unloading my property into my new place one of the guys said that my end table leg wa was broken . I said impossible, And he said when they moved me it was broken . This is not true because my end table legs was in top condition, Even when Bob Hebb did a in home consultation.

Terrible company, would give negative review if possible. I had a move scheduled with them in June and it was booked in March, I called once a week to confirm including the day before and was told I was scheduled and had a crew assigned. On the day of the move no one showed up and I was not called, the same happened the next three days and I only knew what was going on because I called several times a day asking for updates.
I would also give Woodland Moving & Logistics Inc. zero stars if I could. The owner, Ed Graves, also owns Quality Services Moving in Lorton, VA. We marked and paid for the option for “full replacement value”, however when it came to claiming damages they paid out pennies on the dollar saying it’s worthless and depreciated. And please Ed Graves, don’t bother replying with your generic response of “Thank you for your feedback we take all claims seriously…” BS, because you don’t.
Worst experience ever….. the packers were terrible, the movers that picked up the stuff were amazing. The packers packed living room stuff with kitchen stuff bedroom stuff with kitchen stuff made no sense. A lot of my stuff arrived broken one of the Packers actually broke one of my mom‘s dishes. Didn’t even apologize. I can go on and on about how much I hated the Packers and how much of my stuff was damaged, but it is what it is.
This company is horrible. They do not care about there clients or employees. They do not communicate. They hired random people on craigslist to move your belongings. They have the driver do everything and don't have the decency to have them …
As one reviewer stated, they overpromise and underdeliver. They need to hire more people and get new management for something. Absolutely terrible and unreliable company. I would not recommend using them for any move. They were recommended …

Albee and Harold helped us on Saturday, June 13th move from our apartment, to our storage unit and then finally our new home. They worked so hard meticulously wrapping and strategically packing our furniture. They were so respectful asking important questions as to where we wanted things placed, etc. They made sure we were completely satisfied with everything before they left. I cannot recommend both Albee and Harold enough. We are still admiring their kindness and work ethic.
Harold, Erik, and Albee helped us move from CT to MA and were absolutely amazing! They did so much work so efficiently and were wonderful people. We really enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much!
