DO NOT USE! We used them recently for moving from CT to Florida having stored all our furniture in their facility in New Britain for 9 months. In the move a leg was broken off one piece of furniture which we were made aware of and was so noted in the packing up of our furniture in CT. This issue was handled through Siracusa/Allied after inspection from a repair firm selected by the moving company here in Florida and we were satisfied with the outcome of that issue!

To say I'm extremely disappointed is an understatement. I moved from CT to SC. Right from the beginning with coordinating the delivery was not an easy process and I should have realized that this wasn't going to be a smooth move. A 4-man team showed up on time and did an amazing job packing the items I couldn't (tvs, large mirrors, framed artwork, etc) and loading the truck. It was on the receiving end that was horrific. Only 2 guys this time, who showed up about an hour late. Anthony was polite and professional.
The most horrible moving experience ever. Ur truckers messed, damaged, lost and mixed items. U asked me to do your job many time (work with us said ur service rep, do the list of items for us ), they forget i am the customer, not your employee, ryx is paying u guys 20k to relocate me with the least ammount of stress... for nothing! And the pinnacle of ur quality service, the truckers refused to comply with the contract, i.e. help w unpacking, taking boxes w them and reassembling the items...
Siracusa charged my credit card for additional amounts without my authorization or consent. I have formally reported this unauthorized billing to the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) as well as to my merchant services provider. This experience has been completely unacceptable. I will not be doing business with them again and strongly recommend that others carefully review their statements and exercise caution when dealing with this company.

This allegation is categorically false. At no point did Dan Siracusa personally contact the customer to demand additional payment. Furthermore, our company does not halt services or withhold a customer's belongings in order to coerce payment of disputed charges.
