In their own words
RVA Movers assisted in moving my mother from Richmond, VA to Clayton, NC. I contacted them after talking to several different local and national moving companies. Unlike most of the companies I talked with, RVA Movers quoted me a FLAT fee so I did not have to worry about additional charges for a piece of furniture I forgot to mention. I also didn't have to have someone come out to my house, have a facetime call walkthrough, or inventory every item I needed move in order to get a quote.
Thank you Dawn for allowing RVA Movers to assist you in your Richmond, Va to North Carolina move. Please do not hesitate to call RVA Movers in the future for your long distance moving needs.
I strongly recommend RVA movers. There are two things that make you anxious when moving long distance: 1) whether the estimated price matches your real inventory 2) the timeline for the move. The RVA team exceeded my expectations on both accounts. They provided abundant communication before, during, and after or move through text/email/phone calls. I did not once feel out of the loop. Most important, on the day of the move, they arrived on the agreed time.
Thank you so much for the kind words, NFJ! We are so happy we could help you with your move!
Calvin and his team were great! I had to move a three bedroom house and the guys were on time, and worked quickly but carefully. A lot of times, after a move, you go to unpack and find some of your fragile items broken. But not with this group, my belongings were carefully loaded and unloaded and the guys were great at putting all the boxes and furniture in the particular rooms that I wanted.
Wow. Thank you Stephanie for the glowing review. We try our best to make sure all of our moves and your belongings are handled with the utmost care. If I'm not mistaken, it was a rainy day and that added to the difficulty in moving your home. You were kind and sweet.
RVA movers were single handedly the best moving crew I've used. I'm a navy brat so moving is nothing new- but we all know how extremely stressful it can be regardless of your experience. For starters, there was a storm on our move out date. Not something we could have feasibly predicted. I contacted Calvin and asked him if it would still be ok, and let me tell you, a snow storm could not stop these guys. They treated our belongings like it was their own. They made us feel cared for the entire ordeal.
Thanks for the review Nicole! We hope you enjoy the new place.
