Absolutely the worst moving experience. Horrible customer service at Safe Ship Moving services and Safebound moving storage Company, probably their sister company. Customer satisfaction was not a priority. * Disorganized and unhelpful staff. They could not answer basic questions about their services, quotes, or even the booking process. * Constant runarounds Each time a call was made to get an update or clarify details, multiple transfers occurred or conflicting information was given.
Safebound moving and storage is flexible when it comes to payments they accept all types. Once the funds have been received their friendly demeanor is out the window. They damaged my items and lost other items. They outsourced the facilitation of the claim to an incapable company who is never available to take a call. Furthermore, they themselves ducked and dodged my calls. With over $3,000 in damaged and lost items. They offered me approximately $141.
I was drawn in by their claims of being the “largest nationwide” moving company, only to experience one of the most frustrating and disappointing moves I’ve ever dealt with. They gave me a quote that nearly doubled by the time everything …

I was very impressed with my movers. They arrived on time and took great care of my belongings. Although I was told delivery might need to be the next day, they completed the move quickly and even delivered everything the same day. They were careful, professional, and handled carrying items up a full flight of stairs without any damage.
I had a great experience with SafeBound Moving & Storage from start to finish. Felipe was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making everything easy and stress-free. The communication was excellent, the pricing was clear, and the move went exactly as promised.
