The rating breakdown
Google shows 9 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 8 | 88.9% | |

| 1 star | 1 | 11.1% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

In their own words
Used SafeMove SETX to load our truck for an out-of-state move and they broke the leg off an antique hoosier cabinet, broke a leg off two different bench seats I had, and split the wood base on the bottom on an antique sofa. This sofa supposedly once belonged to John Nance Garner, the 32nd vice-president of the United States and the piece of wood that got split was a 2" x 2" piece of solid hardwood that framed the sofa bottom.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.
