Worst move ever! We contracted for a pack and move, but they only packed about 2/3 of the household. Promised to come back the next day and finish but never did. Household goods and furniture were damaged in transit. They gave no thought to recompense. The move was scheduled to take 1 day. They needed a second run on a second day and refused to return for a third when not everything would fit in the load. We had to stop them from cramming in more items that would result in more breakage/damage.

Didn't realize I was paying a company to move my furniture and I was going to be the supervisor. The employees are very nice but inexperienced. The leather and wooden furniture was not wrapped to be moved. John the owner contacted me and was suppose to come and assess the damage. Been 10 days still waiting. Sent him a picture and request to contact me to no avail. Certainly not what I expected from this company considering all the positive reviews. Very misleading. At this point sorry I hired this company.

Saturn Star Movers helped with the heavier items we could not move ourselves, including appliances, shelves, and a bedroom set. They brought the right equipment, wrapped the furniture, and were careful with the floors and doorways. The crew disassembled the bed and shelving unit, then reassembled them after unloading. It felt like a proper moving service, not just people carrying boxes.
