Horrible customer service. We needed to move our furniture out for our basement being remodeled. They completely ruined our carpet with mud, and didn't even acknowledge it. They didn't take apart certain pieces of furniture. Then after dropping our stuff to the storage unit, they came back to our house so we can pay, but didn't leave us the storage unit key. So we asked them to come back and give it to us, they did, but charged us for it.

Booked Save Your Back Moving to move from Elk Grove to Glenview and Josh & Matt made turned what I thought would be a stressful day into a great experience. They showed up on time, moved multiple large pieces of furniture with care (including a 78 inch TV,) and were just great and respectful overall. The final price I paid turned out being lower than what was estimated, and Save Your Back charges a very fair price.

Nick and Matthew made quick work with getting my U-Haul unloaded and properly put in the storage unit. They put up with my lame jokes and made this just a fun experience! When I am ready to move everything into my house, I hope they are the team assigned to me again. And Travis did a great job handling all the last minute calls to deal with some last minute scheduling changes. Really pleased with Save Your Back Moving!
