In their own words
My final PCS move was assigned to Seaford. When it comes to PCSs one expects for most of their belongings to be at least slightly damaged, but my experience was next level. Almost all of my belongings were damaged. I even had items flat out stolen. Perishable food was packed. You think of something no sane person would do for this kind of job, and these guys probably did it. The workers were very unprofessional, and were simply interested in finishing as quickly as possible to start their weekends.
I was grossly over charged for my move, although I had a quote in writing. Management refused to resolve after several phone calls. Movers also showed up wreaking of marijuana. I confronted one of them and he apologized. I was also told they would be wearing masks, to reduce the risk of COVID19 which they all were not. I would NOT recommend.
Have used Seaford Transfer twice in the past with no problems. Last time I uses them was 14 years ago. The move I just made this time (part in July to storage and full move in August) was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The quality of service from management and the office has fallen to lows in terms of service. The crews who moved me did a good job - my only complaint with them is the 2 broken items were not properly documented by the crew leader and 2 weeks later I'm still dealing with it.
Hired to help us load a moving truck in the late afternoon. It rained this morning so apparently they sent all of their employees home even though the rain stopped by 2 PM. Now my husband and I are left loading the truck on our own. Not reliable. Edit- I originally submitted this review in December, 2020. I received an email from google today that prompted me to look at it and realize that I left some information out at the time. First, our move was scheduled in the late afternoon.

We used Seaford Transfer for our move on June 22. They were very quick to respond to my request for a quote and were timely with communication throughout the moving process. Justin, Brian, and Kenny all helped with our move and they were professional, friendly, and punctual. Moving is a pain and I hope I don’t have to do it again any time soon but I will definitely use Seaford Transfer for any of my future moves!

If I could give them 200000 stars I would. This company is the best!!!!! I called them at 10am on a Monday at the beginning of the month, after a big name local company no-showed me for the second time and was desperate to get moved the same day. The Seaford Transfer team sprang into action and went above and beyond to help fix my fiasco. They had a crew arrive at my home in two hours. The team was so kind, respectful and worked very hard. They got my entire place loaded and unloaded so fast.
Highly recommend Seaford Transfer. Felix and his crew were outstanding during my move - professional, careful, efficient, and extremely accommodating from beginning to end. They took great care with my belongings, helped pack items that weren’t boxed, and even allowed me to use some of their boxes to help make the move smoother. Moving is stressful, and this crew truly made the experience easier.

The service was timely, efficient, and the price was right. I was able to indicate all items to be transferred and the quote was based on what I submitted. The final cost was a little less because of the time invested with number of movers. The three movers during both moves were very personable, professional, here I thought you said you wouldn't do it. I would not haveand treated our items with the utmost care. I would highly recommend Seaford Transfer for any of your moving needs.
