We had a water heater malfunction. I called serve pro of Davies County. The came out and handled the demolition of two rooms after a contract signing. Then a week later I find out they charged over my insurance well over $4000. They then created a bid for the rebuild project. A week later they dropped the project saying that they had too many other projects to handle. They dropped the project because they grossly underestimated the cost of the repairs and then would not honor that bid.
Used them about 2 years ago for mold removal in my crawl space and it has returned. Left messages and no one returned a call. The mold is 3 times worse because they did not treat the wood like it should have. I have a company that is doing it again. When the gentleman came and went under the house he said that was no treatment done what so ever. I’m 77 years old and I can’t get under so I had to take their word for it. They were here for about 3 weeks and did nothing.
We hired these people for 6-700 dollars to look under our house they came didn't do anything claimed they couldnt get under our house. 2 years pass by cause we have been having sewer issues for a long time. The plumbers we hired easily …

Had someone come and looks at ceiling damage and said they would get back with me. Over 3 weeks and had not heard back, so I called said they would get back with me nothing. Called over a week ago asked for manager to call me nothing.
