VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! FALSE SALE REPRESENTATIVE.........Hired this company two men without experience showed up ,A guy named Marko showed up on my move …, They inappropriately spoke to me, and he and the other young man quite before the move was finished, There was a older man left on truck to place things...We had to rent a discount truck to put the remainder of stuff on! We only got into new home after 12: 30 pm , because we had to wait till another crew on another job finished.
Hi Maria Lynn. I'm sorry that you had such a poor experience with your move. The situation you are describing is certainly not consistent with the high level of standards for which Sheffield Moving is known.
These guys over charge and are very rude. I went with One Extra Guy at a quarter of the price. I was moving a block and they wanted to charge me $4000.00. When I told them I would go with another company, they sarcastically told me good luck with finding a better price. Don’t use this company.

Do Not Hire Sheffield Movers, I moved from Ontario to Nova Scotia with Sheffield Movers. They packed, moved and put all my items in storage; 4 Italian hand sewn leather dining chairs (worth $4000)were majorly damaged…they were Not packed in boxes as I requested 3 time while they were loading the truck in Ontario. They stored the chairs in the truck with no wrapping or any protective cover for the chairs.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had my belongings shipped from Ontario to Alberta. No one from the company gave any sort of information regarding the transport of my belongings. They gave a delivery date of any time between 23 days after pickup then informed us after we had to call to ask where things were that the delivery would be an extra 4 days at minimum.

I had a very negative experience with Sheffield Moving. The move was massively inefficient and the estimate completely misleading. I had made the reverse move between the same exact locations with 2 movers far more quickly and inexpensively and so have this as a direct point of comparison. Despite having 3 movers with Sheffield, not only was it MUCH more expensive than the previous move between the locations, but it was hugely misaligned with the estimate by $1k.

Very unprofessional. Rude. Cold. Wouldn't even look at us when they showed up for delivery. Would not take any requests or accomadations.

We hired Sheffield Moving & Storage for a move from Ontario to New Brunswick as they provided a competitive quote and we wanted to use a reliable trusted company. We weren't disappointed! The movers arrived on time and loaded our belongings with care, taking time to wrap every item of furniture. They took the time to carefully load the truck so as to prevent any damage (and there was no damage.) The workers were friendly and polite and the driver was very informative.

After reading multiple positive reviews, my partner & I selected Sheffield to assist us with a long distance relocation between London and Kelowna.
