Worst place ever..I will not ever use this place again or recommend it to anyone I come into contact with. My storage unit got broken into and I dont see how that could happen with camaras and the manager living down the way from this …
I do not have a storage unit here but a friend dose and when i go in to pay the rental on it i expect them to be open at the time posted on the window, i do not have the gas or the time to be wasting on their late asses ..I expect the General Manager to be Professional and business oriented not act like this BUSINESS is a place of residence and ask me what i'm doing there, When i ask a question i expect an answer and i sure in the hell don't LIKE LOOKING AT A DICK WITH A PAIR OF SUNGLASSES ON that dose not have…
Everytime I get sent here from the Uhaul on MLK, I end up waiting a very long time. Today I waited 45 mins after my 10am reservation only to find out from the other location that this one doesn't open until 11am! All the signs at this location say office hours are from 10am-6pm... Also if my reservation is at 10am but they don't open until 11am why send it here and have me wait almost 1hr, calling and knocking like a crazy person??!
I give a two star not because of bad service but prices are high. Given they are in a location of convenience. I myself have a better storage somewhere else but not in town. But I come here bringing my brother but they were closed on a Wednesday afternoon. That really doesn't make sense. That's why they get a two-star. Not for bad service but for no service at all
I don't get paid till the end of the month and my date to pay is on the fifth so every month I get a late fee tagged on and they will not switch payment date so every month i have to pay extra they won't do nothing about it

I needed a storage facility on short notice. After checking a number of locations in Merced,I decided to rent here. The price was reasonable and the facility is secure. She explained everything very clearly and was courteous and friendly. …
I defiantly would recommend this facility to others before anywhere else. i had a unit with them for many years and here recently moved out ,but did get to know the lady in the office. Rebecca you are amazing and i wish i got to stay longer it is defiantly hard to come by good employees and she is certainty one of them. such a sweet heart and Kind hearted. She is always looking out for her tenants and her facility . i think every business needs a Rebecca
Kind of stumbled into this place when I needed a spot on short notice and they had a unit ready the same day. It's clean and easy to get to, plus the gate hours worked for my weird schedule since I'm always dropping stuff off late ... Definitely felt secure with the lighting out there and nobody hanging around. I'll be back if I ever need storage again.
I'm on my second month here and I would like to say the young lady at the desk is very nice and friendly . She is truly helpful. Thank you for making it easy for me.
