Ii am 72. The movers were great untill I found out but they have broken my 60-in TV. The TV was $1,000 and I paid $600 for it at Best buy Mr Coppell was the consummate professional unfortunately it was all hustle I was hadn't slept in 2 days I had to move it was a safety move and Mr Coppell took totally advantage of it I do have to give them an efficiency accolade however again my TV is broken Mr Coppell told me his insurance only paid $2 per pound and that he offered me $40 for my 60-in TV I've only had 2 years I…

Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for movers. The phone line seems to only work one way: the owner, Wayne Cappell, will call you when he wants, but he does not pick up your calls or return them—even days later. His email responsiveness is no better (see photos). Looking back at our email thread, I reached out multiple times without a single reply. I honestly felt like I was talking to a ghost. But as you can see, he is quick to respond to comments in a distasteful manner on here.

I don't think they could have made this more stressful. Extensive calls of me needing to fix basic things. Project costs exceeded budget by 60% due to mistakes. All product is destroyed due to negligence. Avoid if you care about your possessions. These are not professionals.

Driving so reckless for what? Lol I obviously can’t take a picture while driving. You’re cutting people off and switching lanes so aggressively. Calm down your driver literally almost hit me too.

Very unprofessional and rude staff, not a customer of this company but was cussed out by one of their employees for not seeing their truck. Horrible business ethics.
I WASN’T PERSONALLY ON THE JOB, BUT WAS ADVISED. THEY WERE STOPING TRAFFIC & THIS PERSON ALMOST HIT MY CREW MEMBER. VERY UNFORTUNATE SITUATION, THANKFUL NO-ONE WAS HURT..

The movers did a wonderful job wrapping up a dining table, 6 chairs, and a breakfront to be delivered to my home. The men were polite and moved the furniture exactly where it was indicated. The owner gave me a fair price. I would highly recommend them.

I used Simple Moves to relocate my office from a building to my home. They were very responsive, arrived promptly, took great care with my furniture, and even took a door off the hinges to move a sofa through a tight space. They were also the most economical choice of the companies I contacted. I highly recommend them!

We recently moved from a 1 bed apartment to a house and booked Simple Moves LLC for the move. They definitely lived up to the name and made our lives very simple with the move.
