My dad had a storage here and I went to pay his bill. He was terminally ill due to malpractice at Central Valley Specialty Hospital but they wanted Court papers and a signature from my dad which he was unable to do. That's why he made me POA and I felt like besides my paperwork they just wanted to sell E179 storage for auction.

I've used this place a couple of times now and am very happy with the whole experience. Let's face it most of the time when we need storage it's because we are suddenly faced with a tough situation. Whatever it is finding a safe place to put our things is important. Our things stay protected and dry while we figure out our next move (no pun intended). The staff has always been knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and kind. They know and understand what someone coming in looking for a unit is dealing with.

Very polite customer service. Unfortunately they couldn't provide a storage solution to my specific need, however the employee talking to me over the phone actually went out of his way to think of an alternative solution.
