Worst movers I have ever encountered! Beyond slow and tried charge for times they weren't even on the premise So much damage to our items and lack of care. you can see in the pictures of how it was loaded This company is very dishonest and full of hidden ways of charging you. They take no responsibility for anything! I have moved 6 times in the last 5 years and have never encountered anything like this! Hire someone else!

If you are looking for a reason to throw away your cherished belongings, this is your moving company! They managed to turn more of the things I inherited from my parents into junk in just one move within a single state than I could do in multiple interstate moves by myself. They packed a priceless mirror from the 20’s between 2 canvas paintings with no padding whatsoever. They packed pillows at the top of the box so that when I cut the box open, I also cut the top pillow.
The employees do an amazing job. Very professional!! The front office, management, and ownership are Horrible. One might even call it a Joke!!!!

We hired Slater Atlas Albuquerque to move our mother into an assisted living apartment. I had set the date with Slater to do the move and had to change the date at the last minute. I called John and he was just great and rescheduled our move. The day of the move two men (Joseph and Jeremy) showed up exactly on time, they were very professional. They were very polite and both introduced themselves. They wasted no time in reviewing what had to be moved.

Atlas Slater employees Bobby, Tim and Armando packed my PCS move August 11 and were done and shipping out on the 15th. They were extremely professional and respectful of my home, family and my house hold goods. Prior to packing a thorough walk through was conducted with me and do's and don'ts were clearly explained, along with what was off limits for them. They kept me updated during the entire pack out stage and when they were departing for lunch and expected to return.
I was thoroughly impressed with this company, starting with Ben who came by to give me the estimate. Great guy! Friendly, professional, and even dropped by boxes when I needed them. I had 2 other bids, but Slater /Atlas was better priced and offered storage in their very secure warehouse at a competitive price, for which I was grateful. I visited and toured that warehouse. Joseph, Antonio, and Timothy were my movers. They showed up on time, were equipped with all needed supplies, were friendly and also fun.

I was very impressed with the professional quality of work that both my packers and movers in Albuquerque demonstrated. The first day, Rosio and her husband packed my house much faster than I imagined was possible, while treating my belongings with great care. She was even able to solve the challenging puzzle of fitting my monitor pieces back in their original packaging! They worked hard and did not complain, even though it was their second packing job of the day.
