I was involved in my kids' move. They reached out to this company, but chose to go with another company. Since then they have been stolen from (won't refund the charge he put on their credit card), verbally harassed via calls and texts with threatening language. There is no new owner for this company. This guy is trouble. DO NOT CONTACT!
First of all Ms Smith did not reach out to our company. Mrs Pifer booked a job with our company, gave her cc info and said thank you. Since then I have been threatened by the husband, wife and mother. I have been called criminal, thief and have been morally judged by people that do not know me.
This “company” is absolutely laughable! They ruined my mother’s furniture tossed it all into the new apartment and left 25 minutes early on the job lmao. 240 dollars wasted ! I called and let him know we wanted a refund and he said “he’s rich I don’t care about money” but wouldn’t even offer a refund 😂 so needless to say we’ll see him in court oh and of course when I mentioned court he said he wouldn’t be coming. I can’t believe people like this are allowed to own a moving company it’s baffling actually.

BEWARE!! I cancelled these movers 11 minutes after I scheduled them. The owner (Roger Dunn) said the refund would appear on my credit card in five days. Three weeks later I called him b/c he still hadn't refunded me and he said he "doesn't have to". I informed him I'd leave bad reviews and contact BBB if he didn't refund me immediately. Since then, he has harassed me almost daily by sending me intimidating and insulting text messages. Look up this man's criminal record.
First of all, this is very disturbing to us. All we did was book a job for Mrs Pifer and took our minimum deposit of $260. We received a call from Mrs Pifer the same day saying she found a cheaper company and she wanted to cancel her booking with us.
Reserved two movers to help with my rental truck. Company confirmed the date and 9am time in a text message. The day before I hadn't heard from them so I called and texted them to confirm again. At 8pm later that night the owner texted me that he had gotten a bigger job and would not come to mine until the afternoon. I told him that wouldn't work because I had to leave and reminded him I had a reservation. He said he would switch things around and get back to me.
First and foremost we place customer satisfaction a priority. John we apologize that we short handed that day. However we did not choose to do a bigger move a head of you. We simply was just unable to make a morning move. Sorry for the inconvenience. Regards,
They were extremely sloppy with moving items. They banged into walls and frames leaving marks on the walls and gashes in the wood. Wouldn't move most things. Added extra time that they didn't actually work. They took furniture apart (couches) and moved them to storage. They didn't even put the pieces of the same furniture next to each other in the storage unit. It's a huge mess. They did refund some of our money. But quite honestly, they should've refunded more!

I reached out to this company to move 4-5 boxes for me since my car went into the shop. I spoke with Roger and he said they had a small pick up they could move my things in. He stated there was a deposit and when I asked what the deposit was, he didn't answer. I told him that I would go ahead and pay for the first hr to which he quoted me $125 per hr. I reached out and canceled and told him just to refund the amount that was not the deposit. He said he would get back with me and never did.
Bri,I told you up front we have a $150 nonrefundable dedeposit.You happily agreed and scheduled the move.And canceled the next day,on same day.Out of courtesy I did refund$60.Thanks,
Moving to Wichita from out of state, called the day prior to confirm prior appointment set up, now said they’re booked out and can’t help. Rude about it, unprofessional, really leave us high and dry the day before a move. Obviously there is a big track record of this based on prior reviews, my own fault for not reading them prior. Buyer beware, I would not recommend or deal with this company as they do not seem to care about customer support.

My mother had services with this company and they treated her furniture horribly during the moving process . Once confronted the Manager was very rude and unprofessional . I have the receipts to prove the unprofessionalism as well as pictures and texts . I would NOT recommend this company at all . Will be taking further action.

My2Movers met or exceeded all of my expectations, and my overall experience with them was very good! They have all of the equipment and techniques that you would expect from professional movers including proper floor and molding protection, proper wrapping of fragile items, and they even provide wardrobe boxes and moving supplies. They showed up on time, gave a proper estimate of costs, and communicated effectively throughout the move. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

Roger is an amazing guy! He is trustworthy, honest and fast. He manages his team to save the customer time which saves the customer money and moves all of our your belongings with professionalism. The best moving service in Wichita period. Professional and fast! They wont lag and work slow just to charge you more. They will work fast as they can, take the fastest route to the new place you are moving, and will take care of your things professionally! The BEST PART they are honest. I gave them $100 extra by mistake because the bills were stuck together and didnt realize it untill after 10 minutes they left.

Roger and Spencer were my movers. There are many good things to say about Roger and crew and I highly recommend them for your moving needs. Not only are he and Spencer just great people, but they work hard for the customer and truly care about the customer and their belongings. They were so careful, treating everything with care and respect. They took furniture pieces apart for me and put everything back together at the new place.
