The rating breakdown
1 of the 40 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Smart Beaver Moving are one or two star.
Worked out from 40 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
Summary: Unprepared & inexperienced movers, lack of equipment, and poor company practices made for a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I want to start by acknowledging that the two movers who showed up were polite and respectful throughout. However, beyond that, the experience was extremely disappointing. It was immediately clear they lacked any experience and, more concerning, came entirely unprepared without any basic moving equipment.

Arrived on time, and were professional, polite and extremely helpful. The movers were very careful with some of the more delicate objects and even helped us set up a rather large/unwieldly appliance that would have been difficult for us to do. Very communicative, and over all a great company. Would definitely reccommend!
Thank you Joelle for the Opportunity to serve you!
These guys were amazing! We were able to get squeezed in sort of last minute and they took very good care of everything and us. Very fast and efficient movers and handled everything with care. Joseph called several times to check in on us and brought his employees snacks and water during the move. So refreshing to see an employer take great care of their staff, especially during these hot summer days. 10/10 will definitely hire again.
Thank you Corey
This company and the boss, Joseph are GREAT. Joseph was more than fair to his team and great working with me. He kept the team focused and led them well. I couldn't believe that he had water and food them. Never seen that before! So many of my over 30 moves I have seen movers exhausted and dehydrated. They go flat out with food water or breaks. Ridiculous and those other guys damaged my stuff. But not Smart Beaver Moving.
Thank you Craig! It was great opportunity to serve and work with you in packing and Moving things up.Thank you for trusting us on your High Value Items Moved.Hope you come back to New Brunswick.Until then Enjoy your travels and Bike Reces.Take Care and God Bless!
After waiting10yrs for accessible housing, it was finally time to pick a moving company & I was honestly dreading this part. I reached out to 5 companies and only Smart Beaver contacted me right away. We met up and Joseph is one of the nicest guys and I couldn't pass up the quote or the senior discount. Joseph & his team showed up on time, professional, respectful and worked well as a team. After I was moved in, they offered to put the bed in a box together so I could sleep in my new home.
Thank you Shelley!
