I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this service. The movers arrived 3.5 hours late, and while the team members were courteous, they expressed frustration about not being paid by the person who assigned them to the job. This led to two interruptions during the move as they struggled to get communication regarding their payment. Additionally, I was charged an extra $100 for mounting my TV, but the movers informed me that they were never informed about this task and did not bring the necessary tools.

We had a great experience working with Junior from Smart Move Solution. He arrived early, ready to work, and followed our instructions carefully while treating our belongings with care. Junior was friendly, professional, and highly motivated. He completed the job faster than we expected and exceeded our expectations in both service and value. We were very happy with the overall experience and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. Highly recommend Smart Move Solution!
I am editing this post. Both of the young men who helped with our move have reached out, telling me that the payment didnt go through, asking for more money. I provided them with the payment code upon completion of the job and have confirmed with UHaul that their company received the contracted payment. Based on this updated information, I would not recommend this company. This company was booked through UHaul as a last minute replacement for another moving company who didn't show at the designated location.
Great job moving furniture across town, including very large heavy framed antique mirrors. Also did excellent work fitting the furniture into the smallest possible storage unit. They were quick and efficient and careful. Would hire them again.

It was a great service. The guys were efficient and emptied my POD quickly. I inquired at 5:30 am, got a rapid response and my POD was empty by 11:30 am. Thanks for a great job and will use them again.
