In their own words
SoJo self storage was impressive! We just needed a unit to put belongings in for a couple of months. The whole process was easy and the price was reasonable. The manager was kind and communication was prompt and thorough. This place exceeded our expectations!
Thank you for the amazing review, Beth! We’re so glad the process was easy and that our team provided great communication and service. It means a lot to hear we exceeded your expectations!
Had a Uhaul reservation here. Called beforehand to confirm and received no answer or response. Went to pick up the Uhaul the day of and nobody was in the office. Waited 30 minutes before we gave up. Threw off our whole schedule for the day. I wouldn’t even call this bad customer service - no customer service at all. Update: there was a family emergency and Braden responded to me after a few hours. He was completely polite and we are working something out. Braden is great!
Hi Noe! So happy we were able to get you taken care of! We know unforeseen things can come up so we are glad we could make things right with you =)
Gina is an amazing Manager! She is always there. Works like crazy and helps you with anything. She makes storing you things a good experience unlike you have other places. I’m going to have to just go back to visit her. 😀 …
Thank you for the fantastic review! We're so glad to hear that Gina has made such a positive impact on your experience. Her dedication and hard work truly make a difference, and we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words!
I love this storage unit! The location is fantastic, very safe location clean. Jina who works in the office is the best!! She is so friendly, sweet and helpful! I recommend this location!
Thank you for the review! We're delighted to hear that you had a positive experience with our facility and Gina. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to serving you again!
