Worst storage company. Auto pay is an absolute joke they have had problems with there system having glitches and ends up being late, so you get charged a $20 late fee and they don't refund the late fees. Also I had two units. I removed my stuff from one they charged me $15 fee, cause they had to sweep it out, but they had new construction in there facility which covered all our things in an 1" of dust.
This place should not be a U-Haul dealer. The girl at the front desk was so nice but had no idea how to use their system. She wasn’t able to select a drop off location and that created more headache at the end of the move than it should’ve. However, they do NOT properly inspect U-Hauls before letting people drive them. The tire blew out on the side of the I-15 in the middle of nowhere. Someone could’ve died.

David, we are sorry that your experience was unsatisfactory. We have not changed Management, it remains the same. We do our best to accommodate tenants and service their needs and have found the majority of our tenants are extremely happy with our service (please read previous reviews).

My grandparents recommended this storage facility. They have been using it for several years now with no issues. It’s a very clean, safe and easily accessible facility close to my new home. Tania in particular has been an absolute sweetheart to work with. She’s quick to drop whatever she is doing to make sure customers are helped immediately, myself included. She is always there to answer the phone and quick to resolve any concerns or questions I have had so far.
Outstanding experience with Think Storage in South Jordan. New facility with outstanding steel structure, pavement, concrete, drainage, lighting, cameras for good prices. The 24/7 access is secure and safe. Personel were friendly and I never had any problem in the 2 years I used it.
