The owner of this place is rude and not a good person. She ensured me that semi trucks could get in and out. Not true. She is just ignorant. After I got in and had a hard time getting out she told me that if I was a professional truck driver I could do it. Instead of realizing she was wrong, she was insulting. I have been a driver for 10 years, I have been in tight places moving household goods and forest service.
Business doors locked during scheduled hours and not answering phone calls with no indication of when business will resume. Had to call emergency after hour line to be put on hold for 5 minutes hung up on call back and get put on hold for 15 more minutes to get any help. Businesses that review and raise there prices on a regular basis and claim to be professional should hold some professional accountability.

Had a unit here for about 10 years. New owners immediately raised my price on a 10x10 to $170. 70% higher than avg for the area. Asked them to make it more reasonable and they told me my "introductory rate" expired. lol I've been paying …

Rented from them for 6 years for business storage needs until it was no longer needed last month. Always a good experience there. Both previous and current owners were great to work with. They communicated well and were responsive to client's needs (ie: longer and earlier opening hours, notice of changing owners, new locks, etc). The facility has always been clean and well-maintained and never any sign of tampering with my lock. I always felt that I and my possessions were safe there.
