The driver and crew that loaded in us in Utah were awesome, quick, professional, had high hopes. The owner Gail told me on Friday when they picked up, he had one more house to pick up and would deliver us “hopefully Saturday, definitely Sunday” (following week) we agreed, but reminded him Sunday was a must as we had to check out of Airbnb Monday. “No problem” he assures me. Saturday no call, no show.

Southwest moving broke our 65 inch plasma tv worker said the dent was not there when they loaded it on the truck! We ask the owner if we should get a box for it and he said he would take care of it, his care was to wrap it in a blanket. The screen was also cracked. They broke my antique kitchen table the worker stated that he noticed that it had not locked down on that side yet they did nothing to secure it. When told about the damage the head delivery driver said to get prices to replace the items.

I called southwest moving company to get some pricing on moving a piano locally. The move is just a little over a mile in distance. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very rude and short with his answers which I just chocked up to him being busy. When he quoted me a price of $280 I thought I better call around and see if that is a fair price. I called three other moving companies and the price ranged form $120 to $150. I guess this was just to small of job for the people over at Southwest.

Thank you, Gail and team, for your excellent work in moving us these last several times over the last five years - from Bend Or. to storage in St George, Ut, from there to our completed new house in St George, and finally from there to our final-final new home (!) in Summerlin (Las Vegas). In every case you were on time, careful with both packing and unpacking, very respectful and met both your time and financial commitments.
I’ve used Gail and his men, from Southwest moving and Relocating, three times and when I move again it’s going to be them. I’m giving a recommendation to my brother to use them today and decided I’d take the time to give them a shoutout. Southwest Moving got me moved quickly and efficiently and for the best price. All personnel were courteous and friendly and worked quickly to minimize the time involved. I prepared most items to be moved using recommended practices (available online or ask Gail) and they got everything loaded moved and unloaded with no breakage. Very satisfied with the move and the cost. It all worked out very well!
