In their own words
I recently had a great experience with Space Savers Storage and honestly couldn't be happier. I was pretty stressed about finding a spot for my extra furniture, but the staff here made everything so easy. They were incredibly friendly. The facility itself is super clean and well-lit, which was a huge priority for me. I feel totally comfortable coming and going. It’s such a relief to know my belongings are in good hands.
Thank you so much for your kind words, Kinetra! We're thrilled to hear that you had a great experience with Space Savers Storage. Our team takes pride in providing friendly service and maintaining a clean, secure facility.
I've had a few storage units and this one has been my favorite so far. The facility is nice and new. I've had ZERO pest or bug issues. I havent seen a dead spider, roach, silver fish, nothing. When they say climate controlled, they mean it. I've been a tenant for over a year and my items are in the same shape as when I moved them in. I love that the staff are super responsive to issues I alert them too. The front gate being struck by lightning n malfunctioning to stay open was a bummer, but things happen.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Hadley! We're thrilled to hear that you've had such a positive experience at Space Savers Storage - Mobile. It's great to know that our climate-controlled units have kept your items in excellent condition.
The SpaceSaver Storage is a nice facility and is ran nicely as well… Its nice that they offer the insurance for your unit and put it all into 1 monthly payment.. The only complaint I have is one evening i was in my unit past the 10pm curfew, i was rearranging my unit, and when i goto leave and walked out the door I was greeted by not one but two local police units asking me questions about my being there snd made me prove i had a unit in the building….
Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Pablo! We’re glad to hear you appreciate our facility and the convenience of our insurance options. We understand your concerns regarding the security policies and will take your suggestion into consideration for better communication in the future.
I absolutely love everything about this storage facility! From the convenient location and climate-controlled units to the easy access and helpful payment reminders, everything has been simple and hassle-free. I've been using them for about a year now, and I've had nothing but a great experience. Even when I first signed up, the entire process was completed online, and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a reliable, convenient, and stress-free storage experience!
