Very bad experience, they changed the time and offered a $50.00 discount, however they still arrived late and had an attitude about the items to be moved. My Refrigerator was almost scratch, I had to tell him to remove the door and not force it thru. He refused to remove the washer dryer Hoses and accessories that were attached Stating it was too tight on the water nozzle.
Be very careful when working with this company. Their photos make them look like a close knit, trustworthy team, but my experience was the worst I have ever experienced. During the first call, i spoke to Ryan and I was given a quote of $1500 in which I agreed to move forward. The day of the move, another person name Tyler called and adjusted the quote to $2000, explaining all the extra fees involved - totally fine with me. I agreed, signed deposit. The work began.
I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! BEWARE! I used them to do an office move they took forever to load the truck then left a bunch of things all over the place I would never use them again. Tv's were broken they don't respond or give any refunds or finish the job correctly. They are the absolute worst save your money.
Sparrow Moving offers a 25% discount when you purchase using their Instagram ad. I contacted Sparrow Moving and they quoted their regular price and discounted price. All good. They asked me if I wanted to schedule my move that day. I said, no, I will get back to them. Then Sparrow Moving said the discounted price that they quoted will increase $10 a day and I need to schedule my move that day to get the discount. You can choose other moving companies that DO NOT use HARD BALL SALES TACTICS.
4/30/25- Worst Moving Experience Ever . Move was scheduled for 9am. The movers didn’t show up until 5:30pm. They sent 2 Foreigners that spoke very little English. They had attitudes & major body odor. The movers became combative when asked to move large furniture. I had to force them to properly secure my brand new refrigerator. They didn’t complete the job until 12 midnight. The customer service at the office is non existent. If you’re looking to experience a move from HELL this is the company!

Great moving company, Asanali and Tim were great, courteous, punctual, and efficient in getting me into my new place! Can't recommend them enough!
Booking my moving with Sparrow was the best decision I made. They are a small local business that is every well run. They are always available to get in touch on call, text and literally anytime/ any hour on Facebook messenger and Instagram. The quote provide was transparent with no hidden fees and everything was very well laid out. I also found them more cost effective than other local companies out there. Coming to the day on my move, the team who did my move were fabulous.
Great experience with our move. The crew was professional, worked hard the entire time, and handled everything with care — including some genuinely tricky spots that required patience and problem-solving. 8 hours of solid, careful work and nothing was damaged. Would highly recommend and would use them again.
Farabi and Tim worked hard and they protected all of our stuff. They offered help to disassemble and reassemble furniture, dismounted and remounted our televisions too. They even took a door off to fit our crib. True professionals and really nice guys
