The rating breakdown
1 of the 34 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Specialty Moves By Design are one or two star.
Worked out from 34 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Specialty Moves Be Design was exceptional. Their empathy, professionalism and dependability were top notch. They moved my mom efficiently and she liked them so much she thought of them as family. Unfortunately, my mom had to be moved again within five weeks due to a medical issue and one call to Specialty Moves and they were right there to move her again. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Every member of the Specialty Moves By Design team was very helpful and professional. They communicated and coordinated every step of the process and made our dad’s move seamless and worry free. We were extremely pleased and would definitely use them again!
Thank you so much for the kind review, Sharyn! It was such a pleasure working with your family. We hope your dad is settling into his new home nicely!
I cannot recommend Specialty Moves by Design highly enough. In July, I was suddenly called in to help organize my mother’s move after she became seriously ill and was hospitalized. At that point, she was only at the very beginning of working out the details of her moving plans. I rushed from far away with almost no knowledge of those plans, her daily arrangements, or even the logistics of the move itself. Specialty Moves by Design rose to the occasion in every possible way.
Jeffrey, your feedback means the world to us! It was a pleasure working with you to support your mother through this transition and its added challenges. We're so honored you trusted us to take care of the details, start to finish, and are delighted you're as pleased with the results as we are.
From the very beginning, I knew I needed help with a move of this magnitude, which is why I called Specialty Moves By Design, and I’m so glad I did. Kyleigh, our move manager, was absolutely fantastic. She and her team handled most of the packing for our home, and everything was packed with such care and attention, as if it were their own belongings. One of the biggest stress relievers was knowing that they had already vetted long-distance movers for us.
Thank you so much for this lovely review, Helena! You and your husband were such a pleasure to work with, and we hope you're loving your new home. We'll make sure your words get to everyone on the team - thank you!
