DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT RUINED! Our unit is full of dust and debris from the climate-controlled construction. We weren't notified beforehand about the construction, nor given the opportunity to move units. When we called the owners, we were told that they can only guarantee that things won’t get wet. Now we have a lot of expensive equipment that is full of dirt. GO ELSEWHERE.
Amanda thank you for reaching out! We did send an email to all our tenants before we started construction on the climate control building.. I’m so sorry you didn’t receive it and for your trouble with the dust. Our construction crew is … More
Avoid these people if you can. They don’t even abide to the contract. They just want to make it difficult for you. They gave us a very dirty storage, the place was muddy and filthy every time it rained. One day before the contract ended, they wanted the container back or charge us extra. And were so nasty about it! As soon as they take your money, they don’t care. They have limited operational timing too. As if it is a supermarket. So basically you don’t have access to your storage outside these hours. Avoid avoid.
Hello Zara.. this is Tammy at St. George Storage. I believe you posted your review on the wrong site. We don’t have muddy units or driveways. We don’t have containers.. we have very nice units and paved driveways. We don’t have contracts.. … More
I helped someone else move things in. They already had the contract in place. The building was in great condition. The freight elevators were large and they had more then 1. They also provide carts to help move things around. Overall as good of a storage unit experience as I have had with a 3 story storage unit.
Nathan, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad the building condition, the large freight elevators, and the carts made moving easier and that the contract was in place. We're sorry the overall experience fell short of expectations.

Moved here from Maui. Secured a climate controlled storage unit. Coordinated with Big Ben's Movers to unload my shipping container. The crew was awesome. Handled my belongings professionally and efficiently. Very friendly and hardworking. Highly recommend Big Ben's.

Been good people to work with, always responsive and helpful with any issues. Only thing that concerns me is over time the dust and sand seem to come into the unit. Wish seals were little tighter!
Thanks for your review and your feedback Brent! It helps us make a great Storage experience for everyone! With the construction of our climate control building completed it will help block the dust from this gorgeous desert we live in! 🙂 …
Super management. Great location. Fair pricing. Easy access and secure. Units are clean, complex is very nice. This is the place to go!
Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you had such a wonderful experience with our management and facility. … More
Phenomenal storage facility! Tammy is the nicest lady you’ll ever meet and great to work with, super friendly and super flexible. I would highly recommend. The only reason we left is we found a place to store our boat that is much closer to the lake for us, otherwise, we would still be there.
Thanks for renting with us and for the great review!! We wish you the very best!! 🙂 …
