I'm sure the place is great if you're buying a piano. It's just one of those experiences where, if you're not a dollar sign, you don't deserve respect type of things. I was just helping my parents sell their old piano because they were moving. So I called around, these guys popped up first in the search. The guy didn't sound too enthusiastic when I told him I had an old piano to sell. fair enough I suppose. Sent pics and he said not interested, which was fine, no problem there.
For CHARLEY (Says he’s an owner) I’m not one to write reviews but I’ll put this out there for anyone who enjoys BAD customer service. If you want to be treated rudely and get disrespected then this is the place to do business! Ask for Charley at the front.
I searched (googled) for the new location of Piano Distributors and the paid search result came back with this store's address. Highly unethical and probably illegal. I wish I could select less than 1 star!
My wife and I visited this place today and found the staff inattentive and non-friendly. I walked around the entire store and none of the staff even said hello. Walked out very disappointed. 2 thumbs down.
We apologize that you and your wife were not greeeted and assisted today at The Music Gallery. We are sorry if you were mistaken for the many concertgoers attendIng the program, or were lost in the shuffle. We strive to provide great customer service, and hate that we missed the mark.
Place is very unprofessional. If your credit isn’t great they dump you to the side. Never call back and never work with you. Beware SCAMMERS

I would highly recommend Music Gallery piano transport and storage. The transport representatives arrived on time. I was given detailed explanation of the process. My instrument was handled with utmost care, each part was wrapped thoroughly and securely placed in the transport vehicle. Both representatives were very professional, time efficient and considerate. Great service!
I just purchased the piano of my dreams & what an unforgetably delightful experience it was! ! Really did my homework beforehand. Was looking to replace the babe grand I had with a finer instrument. Went to many websites & read many reviews. Narrowed my search to Steinway Piano Gallery. I was overwhelmed by the incredible selection of new & pre-owned pianos to choose from on site.Kelly, a beautiful gem of a person, was so helpful & knowledgeable.
EDIT: Updating my review as Jonathan kept his word and fully refunded the piano after we weren't able to solve the issue. To their credit, they reached out to 3 different technicians in my local area and tried their best to remotely find a solution to the problem. They then offered to fly out their local trusted technician, but I declined.

Our family was in the market for a new piano. After tuning our current piano twice, the sound would resort back to a cracking noise after a couple of months. The kids' music instructor recommended a couple of place for us to check out in our quest for the perfect piano. Our first visit to the Music Gallery of Clearwater was very informative. Our kids were able to play and test piano from 5k to 130k. Of course we could not afford the Steinway 130K piano but it was nice to listen to beautiful sound! Mr.
