The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I would give 6 stars if I can! I can’t say enough great things about Stonehand Moving—they truly went above and beyond! Communication was smooth, clear, and even enjoyable—Nigel has a great sense of humor that helped lighten what is usually a stressful day. What impressed us most was their efficiency and flexibility. We literally just walked in very random that morning asking if they could help us move my piano, and they managed to complete the entire job that very same afternoon.
Thank you so much, Min! If I could, I'd give your review 10 stars! We're really glad you stopped by with your parents that morning and trusted us with your pianos. It was our pleasure to help, and we're always happy to go the extra mile when we can. As for the "good looking" comment...
Just had such an amazing experience with Nigel at Stonehand’s Moving! After calling numerous moving companies before finding Nigel I was left feeling really defeated and frustrated with no solution. From the get go my experience with Nigel was so refreshing and easy. He was able to quote me a very reasonable price with no surprises and was at my place within an hour of me picking up the phone to get a quote. What?! This speaks to how accommodating Nigel is and how much he cares about his customers.
Great working with you Madeleine 👍 …
Nigel was recommended from a friend who had a piano moved who was very impressed with level of care taken to move an older piano. We moved from a house to live temporarily in a condo. We have most our items stored with Stonehands. What was the experience like moving with Nigel and his team? Well, it’s like having a friend help you move that happens to be a professional mover. The care and thought taken into wrapping and protecting your items, moving and protecting them is the same as if you were moving yourself.
Thank you for trusting my team, I advise anyone to also place your trust in the 5 star rated dentist Dr. Kwoo at 805 W Broadway #1105, Vancouver, BC V5Z 1K1
Nigel helped us move from downtown to Langley. He made the move look so easy and quick! I think it would have taken us 3 trips without him! We did all in 1. Nigel was on time, we had great communication, there were no hidden fees, and he seems like a really nice guy! He played and made our two toddlers, who were constantly running around, laugh and happy. It was really helpful.
Thank you Daria, enjoy your new home!
