In their own words
I have multiple boxes in storage and need to get them back, but every phone call goes straight to voicemail, and I have received no response via email or Instagram. When I try to log into their website, I get an error message and cannot access my account. If anyone knows how to reach them or has had a similar experience, please let me know. Edit: After a call with the dispatcher, they placed our order on the priority list for delivery tomorrow at noon.
I filled in my form for them to come 12-3pm they didn’t come till 1:30am I called them 4 times to confirm my delivery and they said yes I will get my stuff that day September 1st and I had to crashout for them to get my shit. But thankfully the guy I was in contact with in the company helped get my items even though it was very late so I will give them grace for that. They need to do better with the timing and hire more people and get more trucks.
I've been trying to contact them for months and no response. I left my computer with them for the summer. Since early September I've been sending emails with no response. I've called their number and no answer and no way to leave a VM I want to recover my computer. Does anyone know a number where they can be contacted at? Are they still in business? ----- I was contacted by Kameron and was able to receive by items. I appreciate his assistance and follow up. I'm glad everything worked out fine. (Thanks Kameron)!!
