The rating breakdown
0 of the 20 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Storage Plus East are one or two star.
Worked out from 20 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Very pleased with my experience here. In process of selling and buying a home and due to a delay with the new home I needed a storage unit asap. After some quick online pricing I arrived at this location. The lady who worked there was very …
I currently have a large, climate controlled unit that holds all of the things my apartment can't. Hubby and I are planning a big move cross country in a few years and are even talking the pros of getting a second unit instead of a larger rent house (all of our things would be in one general place when we do move). This is going to be cheaper that moving to a larger place with higher rent. We'd do it in the month before out big move...just take our stuff up. Tiberius is excellent at his job.
Stopped by to check on storage availability. The young man was very inviting and helpful though they didn't have something to fit my needs. The young man even went so far as to recommend other business locations that could meet my needs. Thank you.
Thank you for the review! We apologize we didn’t have the size to fit your needs at this time.
This is the 2nd time I have chose Storage Plus to use. Mainly, Tiberias, the manager, is the reason. He is very helpful and you can tell he takes his job seriously making sure all is well so you are comforted knowing your belongings are safe.
Thank you for the awesome review! Will make sure Tiberias sees review!
