The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Wonderful, professional and courteous Staff! Trucks are always clean and fast check in/out process for Uhauls. The storage units are clean and the premises are well maintained and groomed. Love the hometown feeling they give you when you walk in the door!
Thank you for the kind words.
This has been a great place to store my belongings. The girl at the counter, I think her name was Suzanne was so friendly with a huge smile the 2 times I went in there and she was very professional to deal with. It's like I've known her my whole life! The units are reasonably priced, clean and the area seems to be maintained very well by the staff. I would definitely recommend these people if you're looking for a place to store your possessions. It's a win win in my book!
Thank you for the kind words.
Very impressed with this storage facility!! Normally I associate storage facilities with being dirty but this location was amazing. Rooms were not too moist (aka our stuff didn’t get ruined or messed up at all by mold or moisture), no pests, no weird smell, and no safety issues. Staff was very friendly and professional. I absolutely recommend this location to everyone!
Very nice of you to say and we are glad that you had a great experience. Thank you.
Outstanding Staff! I have used them multiple times. Back in the day, used them to store Pop Warner football gear for our local league. More recently in my personal family move. Very helpful with referrals for moving, maintaining storage unit, and suggestions on donations of unwanted items. Thanks Suzanne!
Thank you for the kind words and glad things worked out. Ps, we still support Pop Warner
